What is the best material for a new snap boat cover? So many choices these days.

    Thanks

I have never been disappointed with what I buy from Canvas Craft.

What do you mean by best? Do you mean the heaviest Duty fabric you can get?

Where are you having the cover made? You may be limited to your choice of materials by whatever that place carries.

If you seriously want heavy duty Call Lakes area canvas in Lionel Lakes and talk to them about the super heavy duty stuff they carry.

Also, each material has its own advantages. UV & Water, I believe in Sunbrella.

Canvas Craft made this storage cover for me. I believe the material is called Aqualon. I’m really happy with it.

Top Gun was my choice 8 to 10 years ago.

The top left pic is with the new trailer 7 years ago.

I just received today the AQUA-TITE® GREEN water & stain repellent, to renew the fabrics repellents that I’ll apply this year for the first time.

I have a 10 year old Top Gun snap cover right now but it took some hail last June during the storms in the Blaine area. So looking for a new cover and there are more choices now.
