    You can get mega SI on a G2 helix. My old G2N 9” helix had it when I bought it back in 2018.

    Gen2 mega side, gen3 and 4 is mega+ side.

    I’ll go against the grain. Look at the new lowrance elite series. Good bang for the buck. Touch screen. I run the HDS pros but the elite series are nice as well.

    I’m with you on this one. Good bang for the buck is how I feel about them.

    I hope that is the case for me. My boat coming has a few Lowrance HDS pro’s on it, and I haven’t had a lowrance since 2005.
