Curious what new bass Baits everyone is looking forward to trying this season. The one new bait I’m interested in trying is the new Terminator Shuddering bait. I’m already a big fan of vibrating Jigs and this one looks like it will add a different look and thump that most others available now.

Not necessarily a new bait, but a different way to present the bait, and that’s the Tokyo rig. Looking forward to putting a jewel football weight and dragging it over rock. Should also a good way to pitch vegetation but putting a tungsten bullet weight on it. Not sure how it’ll do in the slime, but we’ll give it a shot.

I enjoy seeing the strike on a top water bait and found a great looking prop bait at Thorne Brothers to try. I don’t remember the name of the lure and TB doesn’t have it on their web site. They also only had one color at the time. Wish I could remember what it was called so I could order some other colors. First and only time I have seen this lure.

Fishthumper, I got one of those shuddering baits too. They were on sale so I snagged one of the last ones about a month ago. I also got a new jerkbait – a megabass 110 in perch that I intend to use.

Honestly I haven’t bought anything new except Neko rig gear and that’s just new to me. Been out for awhile. Wasn’t anything I’ve seen that seems worth picking up that can do something anything I have can’t. So I’ll be working hard at getting better at finesse fishing. And probably swearing a lot as I do it. smash

The only new thing I can think of that I bought this winter was some Shower Blows 105 knock offs. Two years ago I slaughtered them on Shower Blows 105’s. Last year I caught hardly any fish on the lure.

Oh yeah, now I remember I got a couple of IMA Little Stik’s.

I am planning to toss a few Yo-Zuri 3D inshore poppers. It’s always an impulse thing for me anyways.
