3rd CW is a 650 acre lake with boat access to 3 other lakes on the lower Crow Wing Chain. Good fishing and a lot of surrounding area to hunt.
Cabin is insulated/has heat. With the addition of a septic system and well (about 10K total) and a little plumbing, one could have a nice little lake place for less than $100,000”
My uncle and grandma owned lake homes and this property was between their places. They sold the other two and this is the last place to go. It is 100′ of lake shore, the cabin is well built, small, but more of a resort type cabin. There is not currently a dock. The lake is a desirable lake for panfish, bass, pike and has big walleye. It is about 20-30 minutes west of Leech Lake/Walker and 1 hour north of Motley. The area has great sledding right all around and the lack of traffic in the summer (and no skiing after sundown) make it very peaceful. Good fishing right in front of the place too.
