Two additional State Patrol trainers (in addition to the original use of force expert Moriarty retained) have sworn declarations that Trooper Londregan acted lawfully to save his partners and acted in accordance with the MN State Patrol Policy. If Moriarty doesn’t drop this case, Gov Walz should step in again, and if not and it goes to trial, I expect the officer to be found not guilty and very quickly.

She’s crazy. I’m talking bat****, lead paint crazy. This is Minnesota – aka the California of the Midwest. She’s not going to drop the case unless it’s taken away from her.

Ain’t that the truth. That whole trial was a Joke. Then again everything surrounding the George Floyd issue was a joke. If anyone disagrees with this. I challenge you to watch the fall fall of Minneapolis documentary. I get angry every time I think of the whole issue.

Agreed, and not sure if many people know this, but her and Ellison are super tight and had worked together for a long time. So her going off the rails, only for cases to be taken away and then brought to Ellison is….something.

Before she got this job she actually seemed somewhat normal. I actually wonder what the heck changed with her. Is she being influenced by someone? Probably, but man what a 180 it seems.

Liz Collins was also involved heavly in the documentary and I think much of the Info. is the same in both the documentary and the book. I don’t even want to read the book. It would not be good for my blood Pressure. Its a total shame that something like this can happen in todays legal system. So much for ” Innocent until proven Guilty ” This case was more like ” guilty no matter what the facts and evidence show ”

She definitely needs to spend some time riding along with officers because she has no idea.

I listened to a little bit of it while doing some paperwork.

One thing that struck me was how she was blaming gun violence and how Ricky was a victim.

She forgot to mention that Ricky Cobb, with multiple felonies, one of which was a felony conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm…had yet another illegal gun in the car the night he died (he must have been a slow learner and just needed another chance).

If he didn’t try to run, he would have been going back to prison (again).

Our world is a better place without Ricky Cobb, and our world is an even better place with the officers involved going back to work.

My night at work is gonna be a long one. BUT, this was finally handled correctly. He had justification for what he did.

MM Also compared the back the cops supporters and said they were a mob bussed in and were threatening the Cobb family and were essentially the same as the J6 “insurrectionists”.

    I have a few questions………

    1) Who pays the big buck law firm Moriarty hired? Was there a minimum guarantee?

    2) Did the big bucks firm tell her they couldn’t win?

    3) Did Walz decide he would pull the case from her before or after she gave up?

    4) Did she know the defense was going to pick her statement to pieces in a press conference and expose her for the idiot she apparently is?

    1) Hennepin County (i.e., taxpayers) pay the law firm from the County Attorney’s budget. Don’t know that there’s a minimum in the contract but would guarantee that the bills will exceed any minimum.
    2) Yes
    3) Listening to Walz he would have pulled the case if Moriarty and her minions decided to proceed.
    4) She is such an idiot that she didn’t even consider what she sounded like and how the press and public would respond.

Here’s the press conference by Londregans attorney showing all the evidence he was going to present in trial. Definitely worth a watch, especially for the progressives that think we don’t need police.

I wish the media wouldn’t have blurred the image from corn cobbs Instagram. Not sure what it was, but must have went against the narrative. It was in the lawyers speech posted above.

Libs always want to blame the gun and not the person. They don’t seem to understand the concept of personally responsibility.

I feel sorry for the officer that had to go through this but glad he can rest easy now.
