It doesn’t seem right that someones vote, who was brought here 8 years ago when they were 10 years old now overwhelms or cancels out United States citizens vote who have fought to build this country.

    This makes no sense.

I served in Iraq with a few folks that weren’t U.S. citizens yet. If I remember right, military service can help accelerate your path to citizenship. Some of these guys were able to have ceremonies while we were still in for getting citizenship. So based on what you’re saying, you’re offended/outraged that a guy like that, who put his life on the line for this country and just gained citizenship, has a vote that counts just as much as yours?

Keep hanging tags on people. Very few people consider themselves conservative, liberal, left, right, pink, or red. They are more interested in voting for who they think can help their situation or a name they have heard of.

Remember, there is no right or wrong vote as long as you vote.

Not everyone is the genius and savant that you are.

    Your drivel is getting tiresome.

    I think I’m part of the problem…
I vote for person first, party second. Always have, always will

My first presidential election was in 1976, so I’ve been around the block a time or two

Doesn’t look good for Trump IMO.

MNice I would say you are the opposite of the problem. People voting straight along the party line is a big part of the reason we are in this mess in the first place.

Beads I agree, but still a lot of votes left to count.

Funny thing is the GOP complaining about the delayed results are the same GOP that wouldn’t allow WI, MI, and PA to start counting early votes until election day.

Sit tight, we will know soon enough.

Simple solution, quit reading anything I write. I do it, there are guys I don’t agree with. Try it, it’s really not that hard.

I cant imagine voting for a party strictly instead of the person and what they stand for.

I guess I am just lucky 40 years of mailing bills 7days before due,and never ever had a late fee. 45,s postmaster general shenanigans are well documented, I voted in person. DK.

Intentionally brought here to gain control of this country. Disagree all you want, it happened.

And how exactly did your family roots end up in this country? … and how is it any different? Unless you are a Native American, we all were “brought here to gain control of this country”.

    As of 1:55pm My guesses:

AZ and Michigan are looking to be headed towards Biden. Trump will hang on to Georgia and NC. It’s going to come down to Nevada and Pennsylvania, with Trump needing both and Biden just one. Both will not be decided yet today either.

If biden wins, do all these boarded up business take everything down because it was that crowd who would riot. Or will there be trump people tearing the cities apart? Honest question.
I’ve seen so many businesses boarded up and protecting windows for over a week

Well my family wasn’t brought by a public political power for the purpose of gaining personal wealth and power for it’s elite members.

Where is the theory that backs this up. I work around immigrants every once and a while. Never heard them say they were brought here so they can vote for a dem? I must have missed that convo

I noticed this too. I think its more precautionary than anything. There’s a lot of anger and frustration out there this year for multiple reasons. An unfavorable election outcome could give rioters and trouble makers another reason to burn, loot, and destroy property. If I was a business owner I would probably do the same thing.

Do you think Ilhan Omar is a good choice to be representing Minnesota?

Well first of all it’s not all of MN, it’s her district.

    And secondly, absolutely fuc#$in not.

Apparently the AOC has new members. Might need to start looking at retirement in canada

They’ve awarded Wisconsin and Arizona to Biden.

Biden needs only 22 more to get to 270 and if he wins Nevada and Michigan he will get to exactly 270.

Trump needs NC, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Nevada OR Michigan.

It seems like many Minnesotans cannot tie their shoes.

I do not stand behind her

LOL. i don’t know where your ancestors came from but mine came from England. Those people were sent by the king of England to plunder this new land that had been discovered and bring back their loot to England to empower the King and his wealthy friends. Sounds awfully close to what you described

You all realize that California is our sister state. It happened because of politics from 1 side…plain and simple…freedoms and ways of life will degrade because of this

That is not true, its because they took the Lakers from us years ago!!!

It’s sad that she would also win and has many supporters in little old farm towns all across rural mn.

Haha what? You realize Minneapolis people voted for her and not small farms towns?

I wish IDO had a mute function. I don’t dislike disagreement but there are certain individuals whose posts waste space in the forums (I have stopped reading them so they rarely waste my time).

Do you know what someone trying to steal the election does? Voter suppression, slowing down the USPS to hamper mail-in ballots, and demanding that states stop counting ballots.

Simply stating that it is interesting. Nothing more.

LOL. This election had the largest voter turn out ever BY FAR, and you say that there was voter suppression?

Seems to be going down the path of what many ‘experts’ said. trump screamed about (non-existent) voter fraud which raises doubts in those conspiracy theorist types, election is close, trump claims he wins, as expected the mail-in votes are mostly Biden, trump screams voter fraud, and finally lawsuits to stop the counting.
