    Found,two homeless Nebraska fisherman. Think anyone will claim them? Have a safe trip home guys & good to see ya again!

    Hopefully they didnt stink as bad when they showed up at your place. Five days in a confined space with them is more than enough.

    While they might not get claimed, I am sure that they can find a few places to stay in Mn and Wi for a few nights.

    Sure has been nice and quiet at Sherman for the past few weeks without that maniac racing around the lake. I suppose he will find his way back up here to harass the fall bite pretty soon.

    We finally made our way back to the homeland. Feels good to be surrounded by so much red again.

    Our last stop out of Minnesota always seems to be Evert’s. What a great place to pick up a few supplies and get in a little fishing. We hit the water for 2 hours that morning and pounded the eyes and saugers. Then it was into the bait shop for a couple rounds of coffee and 5 new rods for Layne and I.

    Thanks for everything Deano!! I hope you enjoyed the cookies and bars.

    I might be headed up Friday Jorg. I can’t seen to get enough time on the water these days.

    Wow what a long trip home from way north….. Glad we had such an awesome place to stay the night on the way home to split the drive…. Thanks Dean… Evert’s sure is a great place and as Ben stated has some fantastic fall fishing…. now if I could just ever make it over there for the spring bite
