Is anybody out there fishing anymore. I realize that things are slower now with the eyes, but lets get some trials and tribulations rolling. Tell us your truths and lies.

WWGF…I’m thinking the guys in Nebraska aren’t going to give away your tourny spots.

I’ve been fishing Pool 4 much of the summer rolling cranks with up and down success.

A bonus for me this year–I always say I’m going to try new summer techniques and rarely do. Until this year. I’ve been fishing the Aitkin area small lakes for walleyes and had decent success dragging small jigs with live bait. Not limts or big fish. But my wife did catch her her biggest of the year–23 incher–on an orange hair jig tipped with a crawler.

I made this plan over the winter months and stuck with it. Nice when a plan comes together. Try something new!
