    Shut-Up and Fish

The second stop on the Nebraska Walleye Trail will be at Nebraska’s largest reservoir, Lake McConaughy. The two day event will be held on May 17th and 18th. Big Mac is a proven great fishery with lots of spots and different presentations used to catch walleyes. And as most of you know, it has the potential to produce some very, very big fish. Each year a lot of trophy walleyes up to 30 plus inches are taken. The team that unlocks the secrets to the location of these big fish will pocket a BIG check and take home the title! We hope that a lot of people will turn out for the weigh-in and see what these teams can do. It will also be a great time to hear what presentation patterns worked to trigger these Lake McConaughy Walleyes!

The Mandatory Rules Meeting will be Friday May 16th at the Sands Edge Bar & Grill at 6:00 PM MST located at the North End of the Dam. Registration will be from 5:00-6:00 PM MST. Sands Edge will have a buffet meal and drinks available for purchase. The tournament will start at 7:00 AM MST both days and weigh-ins will begin at 4:00 PM MST on Saturday and 2:00 PM MST on Sunday. The weigh-ins and awards will take place at Martin Bay. Remember all times for the Shut-up and Fish Tournament are MST. There is an entry deadline for this tournament. ENTRY FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY TUESDAY MAY 13th. SIGN UP NOW!
