University of Walleye Results

    I would like to extend a big thank you to those who attended the University of Walleye this past weekend. We had 88 people show up for the event. It was a very informative event and there were plenty of door prizes.

    The event was a success and we were able to pay for 600 rod & reels for the kids fishing clinics. That’s great news in so many ways.

    As of right now, we have 18 teams signed up for all 6 tournaments, 3 teams for 4 tournaments, and about 27 teams signed up for the Calamus tournament on April 27.

    I would also like to thank those of you who stayed around for the membership meeting for pizza and beverages.

    Even though I wasn’t feeling very peachy, I was able to meet a few people. Nice meeting you Ben Garver.

    Wish I could have made it but I had prior commitments with the family. I was able to get my entry fees in for four of the tourneys and as my luck goes I drew the last spot. Sounds as though we have a good number of teams signed up already and only expect those numbers to rise. I am out of town this week but my wife informed me that I have a large membership package from the NWA at home waiting for me. Look forward to seeing everyone on Calumus in April.

    It was nice meeting you Kyle.
    Tom and Dave’s seminar was great and the seminar on electronics is goinig to have me spending some money real soon.

    It was sure good to see some familar faces I haven’t seen since last fishing season. I can’t wait to get on the water this year.
