Plans for the Weekend?

    What are everybodies plans for the weekend. I am not going to get to fish because of state saftball tourney and on Sunday I am driving down to Joplin MO to pick up my new “89” full-size GMC Jimmy. I can’t wait. Coons are going to be in trouble this year

    Unfortunately……work. Starting 7 straight tonight. By next Friday, you better believe I’ll be ready to get some fish.

    I am still in negotiations at this point; but hope to reach an agreement by early this evening. Both sides are still talking and hopes are high for a resolotion to this impasse.

    Probably start pulling a few cranks at Sherman or maybe Calamus on Sunday.

    The list of honey do’s is getting shorter and shorter.

    A couple of weeks before I will start looking for substitute jobs. So hope that we can get a break from this insane heat and humidity.

    Might have to do that too. Not much showing out of the water yet. They will really need to drop it a long ways before some of them are showing.

    My brothers hopped trees at Davis last weekend and only found the little ones biting. The island tree at Davis is still under water; at least last weekend.

    If we do hit the trees at Sherman I’ll drop you a pm.
