Had great success on perch at Lake Ogallala this weekend. Had trouble with only 3 poles in the water, couldn’t keep up. Tear drops and waxies. Caught about 50 in 2 hours. Had to wade through some of the smaller ones to get to the bigger ones

Duck,
I gotta hang out with you more.
By the way, the hot gill lure this weekend was a diamond jig.

My cousin caught 1 decent yellow perch at Sherman this weekend. I caught one at Sherman in July too. Those are the onnly 2 I’ve ever seen out of Sherman. Maybe the state should stock a few in there. They were decent size too.TMFLDEMPosts: 28February 7, 2007 at 1:30 am #533661Thoughts have crossed my mind about heading there this weekend, along with many other possible lakes. I Dont know alot about lil mac, have only fished it a couple of time out of my lil boat. Gueess it will be something new to learn about if i do make it there this weekend.. Hope there is plenty of good ice cuz ill prolly be drilling a sheet load of holes.
