Since I lost my power last Sat night during our ice storm, I have been going NUTSSSSSSSSSSS! It is pretty bad around here in Central Nebraska and there are still tons of people without power.

No IDA was about to kill me. Finally got power back up yesterday and came home last night after work to my own BED!

Seems I have missed a great deal of info and it will take me a few days to get through it all.

    I’M BACKKKKKKK,

    Welcome back!

The massive snowfalls you guys had down there should do a great job of refilling some of those impoundments, right?

Glad to have you back! Hope you’re ok.

Our Cuming County PPD crew has been out around Ord twice now, no end in sight for any lineman in the Midwest right now. I love it how they all help each other.

If any of those guys come to a diner near you, pat ’em on the back and buy ’em a pop. Some of them are going on 7-10 days without being home now too.

Our farm was caught in the 87 blizzard, thank G we had tractor operated generators and a full freezer. We didn’t see our cattle away from the home place for 5 days.

Thanks guys and it is just a HUGE relief to have my puter back. We were staying with my wifes granny in Kearney with about 30 other people and it was not a GOOD TIME if you know what I mean!

Welcome back!!! Glad to hear you made it through a tough time!! It sounds like you deserve a day of fishing!!! It’s been warm enough out east here that I’ll be on the water tomorrow in the boat!!!!

If I can get a day off from work, I’ll be on 10″ of ice!

I kinda surprised you got power already, Greg. You know it’s real bad when you hear so many reports about the power situation for entire villages/towns on the radio every other time you’re listening. They say for some rural customers it’ll still be weeks before it’s all done. You’re right Todd…..they really do help out each other a lot. It’s good to see, and I let our local company know what a great job I think they’ve been doing.
