Have a little club tournament coming up in a couple weeks and never really fished Mozingo. Looking for anybody willing to share. I’m at [email protected] if you don’t want to make the information public.

Was there once for a couple hours and do have a map so know what it looks like but really don’t know where to start. Have a family Campout this weekend at Rockford Lake near Beatrice and hope to get one day free to run over and check out Mozingo. Anybody who can point me in the right direction once I get there will sure make the trip more worth while. Thanks

    Welcome aboard IDA Fluff!

We have a Private Message system on this site too…I’ve found when I post my email address any place on the internet my spam count goes up…and I don’t need anymore viagra or realestate deals!

The flashing envelope next to the red “logout” button will inform users that they have a PM waiting for them. To send a PM, go to “MY HOME” and click on “SEND PM”.

Also, when you send a PM, there’s an option to check “Add to friends list ” not only does this put that user in a drop down contact list making it a snap to send them another pm..it will also list them when they are on-line.

I always enjoy the reports out of NE as until Ben came along…I didn’t think there was any water down there!

Made it down to look the lake over so at least have a better idea what’s there. Also found a report on the last Team Supreme tourmanent there the end of August. It just says the winning patern was brushpiles. Anybody know where to start to look for those? I tried to watch the locator but like looking for a needle in a haystack when you don’t know where to start.

    Thanks, Fluff

Just thought I’d say thanks to those who helped. I ended up 2nd in our club tournament. Good enough….

Incase anybody’s headed that way? A little on what we found in 2 streight days of rain. The water temp cooled to the mid 70’s and may have moved some fish from the deep. One boat caught a few out there but like me, a lot of short fish.

Most all the keepers came off the bank or flip’n trees. Could be all the rain just put the fish off their game, they’re move’n up, or we just don’t know the lake….. Best we could muster was 14 pounds and those in the know say 18 is what it takes.

Way to go Fluff!! Second is great!! How many more club tournaments do you have left this year? How are you doing in the points?

Think that’s it for this season and I ended up 3rd this year. All I could hope for with the lead #1 had on the field going it to the last one but there’s really only 3 palces to shoot for. The top 8 make it to the Ne Bass Federation state team, top 4 get to use their boat, and #1 is invited to the NE Bass Federation “Mr Bass” tournament (made that the last 2yrs but my luck ran out in “06”).

Should be time now for a little “fun fish’n” and a chance to get the ice hut ready to go. Wont be long…..
