Is this July? Or October?

Hard to tell out there Sunday. Still managed a few saugers, a few flatheads and a few other fish in the mix, so at least they made it worth our time. Crazy, crazy weather continues….

Dang that look cold. Packed up my trip on the river way up north Saturday afternoon when I started to notice my breath in the air. I like cool temps but not ready for winter yet.

When you’re used to 90-100 degree days, it was real chilly! Can’t remember ever having to dive into the cold gear in the backseat in July. Weird weird stuff.

I need to make it out to some bigger water. This chilly weather really shutdown the pits I have been fishing.

I hear that. The private pits I fish a lot just shut me down Monday, it was miserable. On the plus side, I can take the throw net and get all the shad I want!
