Spring turkey season is going on and I was able to harvest my bird, BUT I need a new recipe for wild Turkey. Anyone got a good one for the grill?

Cut the breast in thin strips. Marinate over night in 2 parts white cooking wine, 1 part Kikomans soy sauce and 1 part peanut oil. Place strips in tupperware, season with onion salt and garlic salt, add marinade. Shake or turn bowl over several times during marinade process in fridge. Take strips out of marinade, drain, place on grill. Do not over cook. Enjoy.

I marinate the breast in Italian Dressing.
About 2 maybe 3 days in it.
Throw it on the grill and don’t over cook it.
Only way I know to cook and have stay moist and it tastes good.

I also make a lot of jerky out of the breast meat.
Hi Mountain jerky seasoning and then I put it on the smoker, sliced fairly thin and low heat.

Last bird I got the wife marinated in orange juice, oil, threw some garlic and other seasoning in it and lightly grilled it (both breasts) we ate a heavenly meal, with roasted vegetables, etc. We then prepared the rest of it over the course of the next two weeks by making any normal chicken dish you might think of. Tettrazini, pesto and noodles, pot pie, stir fry and one more outstanding meal I can’t remember… but anything that you could find in the cookbook for chicken, substitute the cooked turkey breast!!!
