Navionics Warning for Lowrance LCX users

I just bought a new Navionics card for my LCX 28. The card does not work because the unit can only handle a 2 GB card and the map cards are now 16 GB. There was no transparency about this when ordering/purchasing the card. And now because it has been opened, there is going to be headaches and issues to resolve it. Talk to Navionics directly before ordering a card for any older units!!!

They stopped making cards for the LCX units, The best ones are the older Lake Master chips. I have one for my LCX-332 and it would be hard to give up. You can find a sued one from time to time but they still fetch $100 ea.
