Hello all the Navionics(non traditional fish locator) folks out there.

Have you heard if Navionics or any partner App is doing piloting of any kind(reasonable priced of course) for Android?

So far, I picked up a samsung 10.5 galaxy tab s, with a survivor case, sonarphone installed(not yet tested). Looking at the Dual XPS160 External GPS to improve accuracy. Still have to solve the sun issue, this tablet is good but not that good ;-)

When proven, can add a few 10 inch tablets(1 front 1 back) for a few hundred.

So any of you that are further down this path, please give a shout ;-)

    Regards,

    M

Yes autopilot via the GPS/Routing capabilities of Navionics. Example, follow a 15ft depth contour line, avoid submerged rock piles, etc..

They dont have an auto pilot feature that would tie directly into a sonar and steering of your boat. They do have an auto route feature that will plot a course automatically but you have to steer.
