Namekogan Fishing? Bass and Walleyes??

Anyone know what the bit is like there? Water temps? I have a buddy and his family coming up from Orlando and staying for a week there on the lake and wanted to know how fishing is there? Also anyone know how the smallie bite is on Superior? chequamegon bay?

I heard that Namakagon was slow for walleyes opening weekend. Can be an excellent bite but not very many big ones. Excellent crappie fishing. Smallmouth bite on Chequamegon was very good this past week….Cold front now could change that for a week….
