Namakan lake

    Hello,
    First time on this forum. So I booked a few days camping on east Namakan in late June. I’ve done plenty of bwca trips but have never been to Voyageurs. Looking forward to no paddling! I reserved n37 sandbar point looks like a decent site according to the pics. Is there anything anybody can tell me about this site? also looking for advice on how to fish the lake for walleye? And getting there? Looks like the shortest route is from crane vs ash river. Any advice would b greatly appreciated since this is my sons bday present so I want things to go as smoothly as possible. Thanks.
