Early shooting is not only against the law it is dam dangerous.
You are taking this way more calmly than I would. You are to be commended for your patience.

What about shooting coyotes after dark?
I get you can’t shoot deer before hours because it’s illegal. But I’d argue the danger factor unless people are just openly shooting randomly in the woods.

I have never watched a clock deer hunting in my life. You can either see your target, sights and background or not. I dont even see any gray area in this matter. Thats how I was taught and it stuck.
Those time tables with zones seem weird.

I haven’t looked recently to see if the laws have changed. However it’s been illegal in with to night hunt during the 9 day gun season in wi.

Sheesh Randy that is a rough season for sure! I hope they find those SOBs and they get what’s coming. I had my stand stolen once made for a miserable hunt. Get there early only to look up and see its gone.

I would have mixed some skunk cover scent with that paint

Have you ever looked at your property on OnX or one of the other hunting mapping apps? It doesn’t excuse trespassing and removing signs but some people hold the way the lines look on those aerial photos as the literal line. Just a thought might be worth looking into see if it’s showing portions of your property as open public land when it isn’t.

The vandalism and theft isn’t justifiable in any way and hopefully the Sheriff’s Office there can hold somebody responsible.

Yes, use OnX a lot. Pretty obvious when they cross a fence or pass the signs marking private propy
