We got them several years ago as I was having neck/shoulder pain and needed a new pillow. My wife and I both love them. Funny thing happened last Christmas when my MIL bought them for the whole family. We now each have two, and I bring my extra with when we go to the the cabin. I’d say about half the family doesn’t like them and half does.

You need to figure out how to shape them to your liking.

Try stacking two regular pillows. Easier to adjust two pillows to get the right height than one large one.

my chiro sells a different pillow but recommends the my pillow. we have them and per our fitbits sleep so much better with them than conventional or feather pillows.

I have tried quite a few pillows. Have been using one of those sleep number memory foam cooling gel foam pillows that was like $300… I can’t stand that thing. My wife has been asking for one to try and I figured it would be like the expensive pillow that I don’t like.

I got some at the St. Paul Ice show and to be honest, it actually is pretty comfortable. My spendy pillow is in the closet and hasn’t been used since.
