Saturday was pretty slow but all 3 of us caught fish and my friend brought his 7 month old German Shepherd puppy along. This fish my my weekend! Not the longest walleye I’ve caught but at 25 inches and 7.4 lbs it’s definitely the heaviest!

Fun video to watch fireman… smile Liked the puppy touch too.

And the little teaching clinic at the beginning…perhaps working your way to an IDO TV show someday?

    A day you’ll always remember… waytogo

Nice fish….I was on the boat today and the water has come up even more and gotten dirtier since Saturday. I was only out for about an hour b4 I gave up.

Fun to get them early spring on crank baits….that’s a good spot for it.

My first fish this spring down there was a fattie like that. Makes all the other fishless trips worthwhile, and makes a guy keep wanting to get back. Obviously there are lots of longer fish in there but something about a nice healthy plump mid twenties fish just looks so good.

We are blessed to have the fishery in our backyard here.

It sure does. I love fishing down there. You never know what you’re going to catch and no matter what it is, in that fishery it has the chance to be a trophy.

Ha! I don’t think so. They make being on camera look so easy. This is just fun for me. I’m no expert so I just try and relay what I learn to other people who are where I was when I was just starting out. Enjoy learning the editing side of it also. Admittedly have a lot to learn still.
