All reels are fully spooled, the thick red line on most of them is 100# braid, two of the 5600’s have 20(?)# Power Pro, the 5500 looks to be 12-18# leadcore (unknown how many colors, but can unspool and check if wanted), and one of the 6500’s also has leadcore. All reels are RH
