Have a 40 year old 2 car garage floor that is cracking and is “hollow” underneath. Should be a candidate for pushing mud or foam down to stabilize. Can anyone recommend a good company in the Twin Cities – NW Suburbs?

    Thanks

Advanced waterproofing Prior Lake. They use foam and only have to drill a quarter inch hole.
Between mud, sand, and foam. The foam is far superior.

Compare the price to just remove and replace also, especially if you plan on being there a while.

I cut concrete for a living and re pour. If interested please pm me. I would recommend cutting out that bad section and putting in fill and repouring

Slab in front of our house has been jacked three times since built 24 years ago…. I know there’s a cavity under the garage floor but luckily concrete is good and holding up. Point being, even the Jacking guys that came to do the work said it is not a long term fix.
