    Many great spine docs in Roch.

    Your biggest enemy during recovery will be the risk of falling. Grab your best ice cleats, I prefer yaktrax & wear them loyally.

    RRR reports some improvement and certainly no worse. He is heading to warmer weather for a few weeks in Florida.
