This guy has been on the property since the end of October and becoming more and more visible. Last week he was on 5 different trail cams on 5 different parts of the property. Usually during daylight. I hope he makes a mistake this weekend. Time is running out.

How old do you think he is?
I am thinking 3.5 years old. From the first pic I thought 4.5 but now have changed that to 3.5. Maybe he is just run down from the rut and that makes him look younger. I am actually hoping an older deer comes by first so I don’t have the chance to take him. I have passed 5 other bucks in this age class this year and my trigger finger is getting real itchy
Will be hunting with muzzy this weekend, then will get the bow back out if that doesn’t work.
Some of the pics I think 3.5 but some I would say 4.5 also. Tough call.
I agree sometimes I think there are 2 different deer that are very similar, but I can’t find anything different to tip that off other than he looks older in some pics.
Shoot! I thought this post was going to have pictures of BK or me running around with fishing gear! Oh, well…….maybe next time!
Well he never showed himself, might make one more trip up after Christmas for a late bow hunt if things work out. My son did pass a very nice 8 Saturday night. He is kinda kicking himself now, but that 8 too will be a very nice buck next year. First pic is the one it was traveling with and the 2nd pic is the one he thought about taking, but passed.
