I have a Solix Side Imagining that I purchased last year. I’d like to add a high speed transducer so I can get a depth reading when up on plane. I purchased a high speed transducer (XNT 14HW T) and a Y Cable (14 M SIDB Y). Can I mount the new, high speed transducer next to the SI transducer? I looked on the Humminbird website but did not find any instructions about they should be mounted in relation to one another.

Here’s a photo of how I’m currently set up. Can I mount the new, high speed transducer on the same mounting board? Does it matter which transducer is to the left or right?

    Thanks

Yes you can. Set the ducer towards the outer side of the boat and the Si ducer closer to the engine. That way the high speed will not interfere with the imaging ducer.

I have 2 imaging ducers (L & R) and a high speed ducer in my setup.

Thanks. That’s what I did and it seem to be working fine.
