Moose Lake

    The family and I are heading to the Hayward area and are thinking of fishing this lake. Anybody have any info on this lake? I have never fished it. Looking for crappies and walleye. Thanks

    Stop in to louise landing. Great food. There should be some locals with good information

    find cribs,you will find fish,challenging lake imo to fish,was there for opener,granted lake was still low we caught some fish,slip bobber and plane orange or red hook with minnow. bring lots of hooks tons of snags.

    I’ve got a cabin in the area and have considered a day trip to moose lake. I heard theres a great population of small muskies in the lake. Goodluck on the walleyes! Let us know how it goes!
