I just bought a Hobbs Creek White River II fly reel and the drag on it seems to not be working no matter how I adjust it, it remains loose. Any suggestions on how to fix this maybe or is it broken maybe? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.I did take the reel apart and attempted to tighten the screw but to no avail.
