floats for trouting

anyone ever use and kind of floats for trout fishing in a clear stream and if so how big and does color of the float make a difference

I assume you mean indicators? If so, Palsa makes a basic stick on indicator. Stick it on and you’re done. They come in packs of 24 to a sheet – 2 sheets in a mini-ziploc. they come in a variety of sizes. When I indicator fish (not often) or in clear streams, peel off the coloration and it’s plain white like foam.

if your talking about spin fishing with a cork. yes i use to fish this way all time when trout fishing don’t trout fish anymore. but if you can find cork color is the best and a little bigger than a peanut m&m.
