Tigers are a cross between brooks and browns and are completely sterile so they do not naturally reproduce on their own. They have a propensity for being overly aggressive by nature, so they don’t typically last long in the gene pool.

Tigers can occur lots of places, as long as you have a brook trout and brown trout base.

This is the first time i have seen or heard of this species of trout. Pretty cool!!!!!

Am I correct in assuming this is occurring naturally or are they man made?

Two pounds would be impressive. They typically don’t live very long in the gene pool due to their overaggressive nature; they also don’t reproduce since they are born sterile.
