Tricos

I was out guiding a client this morning on a stream south of I90 and ran into some tricos. They weren’t going great guns like the hatch can be, but they were definitely present at the stream when we arrived at 8:00. We fished a black bodied #22 dun tied with white poly-pro compara-style with a #22 black bodied spinner tied with white poly-pro. As long as the water stays clean (it was very clean where we were), the trico hatch should really get going in the morning hours the next few weeks.
