looking for brookies

anyone know of a good stream to go catch some brookies on opening day where it won’t be to crownded i usually fish long creek but i am looking for something new can anyone help me out

I’d suggest looking at the list of stream designation, then look to see what streams have public access along with a brook trout population that is not under special regulations. Brookies are becoming fewer and far between, thus there has been more of an effort to use slots and catch and release measures to protect them.
