I haven’t been to the WW in a while, but I can offer some tips this time of year. On the surface, trout are probably still seeing terrestrials like ants, beetles, and hoppers (especially if it warms up a bit). Hatch wise, tricos, blue winged olives shoul dbe going, and maybe some pseudocloens (small white mayflies). Nymphing wise, stick to scuds, PT’s, and the usual cast of characters. I like smaller flies than overly large flies this time of year for subsurface presentations.
Otherwise, if you’re not fly fishing, basic spinners, Rapalas, etc. would probably work.
