Thanks for the report, I drop in here on occasion, the wife and I have fished the area a couple times in the past, but we haven’t had much chance lately, time and gas mileage hurt (mostly time) our all day fishing trips.

Timing of the year has a lot to do with it also. Guys just aren’t trout fishing as hard in August as they were in April, and yes, the weeds are a apain in the arse if you’re going to do some jungle busting type fishing.

I’m usually on the WW once a week, but not on the weekends. I’m sure there are plenty of people out Friday-Sunday.

The season is quickly coming to an end as the catch and release season basically starts in a month.

I usually try to make it to the WW once a week as well. Don’t really know what I am doing but I can’t learn without trying right. Refuse to go ont the weekends unless there is absolutely nothing else going on. Way to many people for my likin! I drive a black 97 chev Z71 stop by and laugh at my trout fishing if you want.

If I see you, I’ll stop. Nothing to laugh at, trust me.

Best of luck (and stay out of the wild parsnip )
