Has anyone been out trout fishing in southeastern Minn. lately? Just wondering how folks are doing.

One of my fishing partners was out today (I was foolishly dedicated to my job instead of being on the stream with him). Conditions were decent – a little off colored water due to some of the remaining snow pack that exists. The fish are very spooky right now, so you have two choices: either wait it out if you spook the pod, or move on. Their spooky nature has quite a bit to do with flows. Water levels are very low; we could definitely use a bunch of rain or snow to bring levels back up a bit.
