Early Morning Success

    I fished the S.Br. WW yesterday very early.at sunrise, and found the catching pretty good on my size 20 pts. After 9;00 it was all over for me. It was a great morning to be out!

    Glad you had a chance to get out. The weather has certainly been favorable as of alte. I was in the WW today – seemed like lots of cars for a Thursday . Any hatches to speak of? I ran into a smattering of tricos and BWO’s this AM (fished 8:00-10:00) and plenty of willing fish as well.

    Once school starts there won’t be so many people out during the week. Need to get those students and teachers back to work and give the rest of us a chance for some solitude when we take vacation!

    You get what you wish for; that solitude for you begins Monday .

    Seriously though, after Labor Day goes, there is typically a two week stretch that is pretty slow, but then it can get “busy” again towards then end. Hit and miss really. Some days there are lots of guys out, and others it seems the opposite.

    Dave, There were no hatches on S.Br. WW on Tuesday morning. But again I left the stream at 9:30. JJ
