Theres a place to park off the hwy just west of the intersection of 13 and 101 on the river side near the creek itself….not a bad walk depending on how much stuff your hauling. Theres no bike trail tho.
I actually caught a couple little trout in Eagle about 20 years ago…make great cut bait
