River conditions?

Hey guys. I am putting out the Bat Signal here to get condition reports from all over the river.

Any body know where it is free flowing/exposed banks/water level/temperature?

Open water at this time is Blackdog discharges and MN Miss confluence, Cedar ave boat launch. There are a couple patches here and there that look like they could be open water but they are ways away from bridges.
It will probably start breaking up over the next couple days pretty good if we can hold onto these temps. Lots of snow and ice to get rid of yet. MIss Pool 2 is pretty open if your looking for some big open water.
