With the weather turning a little bit warmer this weekend.
Anyone gonna try to get out and see what the bite is like?
If I can squeek away from work for a bit. I might have to round up Shamu and see if we can get a bite. Or at least some shad I hear they are swarmming out there.
Good luck if you make it.
Let us know how you do.

    How’s that for specifics
Did you put your boat away yet Larry?

I might hit some place on the shore. I hit Blackdog pretty hard this fall with nothing to show for it. Anyone know of places accessible upstream from there that a guy might have some luck fishing? Either that or I might hit some spots by DT St. Paul near some wintering holes. If anyone needs some company, let me know. I take no responsibility for your fishing luck or lack there of.

Sunday is looking real nice. Saturday night I have plans though.

I was able to squeek really loud and get out of work on Sat.
So I will be able to wet a line for a few hours on Sat AM. Look for an update.
Good luck to the rest of you.

WWG there is no snaugers in Pool 4!

Yesterday was the best day I’ve seen at Evert’s so far…no ones come in yet…so I don’t know what’s happening today…

I picked up 4 chunky 3-6 pounders last night…came in way early…which was good because the wind picked up.

I’m still looking for a loner flathead down here! …when to put the boat away???

Any advice for me? I am looking at an area that has a lot of different depths between wing dams. Shallow sandy areas? Deep holes? Timber? Looking for channels of course. Wouldn’t mind harassing a school of white bass either.

DUDE! I sold my Stratos so I can buy a…um…ah…River boat…ya ya the Musky guy sold the lake boat and is looking very hard at River Pros and other jet propelled log jumpers. I last time I was in the musky shop the wiseguys all turned there back when I walked in and told me they don’t have cat gear.

I’m going to the sippi forum now, man pushy.
