Cannon &Vermillion Rivers

    Does the Cannon & Vermillion Rivers become one before entering the Mississippi ? I know where the Vermillion come in but not the Cannon .

    Not sure if Im right on this or not. The Vermilion comes in just below the locks at the dam. The Cannon comes in right above Red Wing. Im sure if you looked at google maps you could see if this is right or not.

    Just looked and I think Im wrong. They both look to tie together and come out by diamond island up by the dam.
