    Does the Cannon River empty into the Mississippi above or below the dam ?

    If the dam breaks in Cannon Falls, it will be both!

    The Cannon River was causing some stress for Northfield residents yesterday. I think the crest was supposed to be today. If the Bylsbie dam lets go it-ll create a lot of problems.
