Wife wants to go to lake Volney tomm and fish crappies, it’s by LeSeur if I read the map right.
Anybody fished there and more importantly, what’s the launch like?

ps…never mind on the launch, drove down to look and its nice.
did you get out to volney?? If so did you get into the crappies? Was doing well bout a month ago but has slown down but still picking up some
Nothing, also the two other boats we talked to didn’t do very well either.
We tried tube baits with minnows and slip bobbers with just minnows and wandered around as much of the lake as we could.
Bites were few and far between.
