Maple Lake by Mentor MN?

Heading up to my folks’ cabin on maple lake by mentor, mn this weekend, wondering if anyone has a general fishing report from there? I have my general areas but if anyone has recent updates like to hear what they are hitting on at least.

Wish I could help you but I’ve not been there this year at all. My father-in-law has a cottage on the NW end and doesn’t fish anymore so I have no reports. I hear the East end near the outlet is awesome come late September. Doesn’t help you much now though. Give us a report when you return.

yeah it’s usually pretty good even now from the outlet to the sand bar on trinity point for eyes and pike and know of a couple crappie hideouts, just like to lessen the new fall learning curve! Will report back next week!
