Ok guys its almost time to get ready to to start looking for those pannies in the shallows. This Time of year when the fish are in the shallows, people also think that these fish are in to spawning, witch is some what not true. The reason these fish are there is eat as much as they can before the spawn. This is the funnest time of the open water season for me, fish fish and more fish. 
I always like to not have to re-bait my my presentation, so plastic and hair jigs are the way I like to fish.
i personally think you can not beat the Lindy little nipper for a hair jig. So get out there and start having some good fishing..
