Myself and my two brothers where talking about taking our family’s up to MN and getting a cabin this summer. I know I spent a week in Moose Lake a few years ago and had a blast. But if any one has any info on lakes and cabins a little closer to IL that would be great. Also are there any lakes that don’t get beat up by jet skis all summer long. Any help would be great. And for the most part we all bass fish, buy a lake full of eyes would be nice too!
Was it Moose Lake with Paradise Resort, Farm Island Resort and Moose Lake Resort off of Scenic Hwy. 39? Small lake with clear water 660 acres or so? Just wondering so I can get a reference for closer. This Moose Lake doesn’t have jet skis. I think I saw one jet ski in the 10 years that I went to this lake. We switched to a new lake last year and also had a good time. It was about 30 miles south of the old resort that we went to. Will check back on the post later. Time to go for a refreshment.
