I didn’t see any area to post Itasca lake but here’s a report from there the past few days. I was up there thursday – saturday and had a blast, the eyes were biting on crawlers in 15 feet of water even caught a few on sassy shads. we tried Elk lake wich is conected to Itasca and we caught and released a 25in and a 27 incher. Overall it was alot of fun and no trouble finding fish.Average fish we took home was 19in.

Nice report, how many did you end up getting? I just spent 3 days up at Red and am looking to go back out on a lake closer by that won’t be as big of a let down as Fish hook has been so far.
