boat launch

    is there a boat launch near the st. croix and mississippi intersection that i can use. this is along hwy 10 or 61. i want to fish the st. croix side and cannot seem to find any out there.

    There is one in prescott that is public but you have to pay. or drive up to hastings and use that one for free. prescott has docks and a little less current.

    ok thanks for all the info, but if i were to come from hwy 61 to south from st. paul where would i go to find this presscott boat launch. any info will be good. thanks

    Take 61 south to 10 East. When you get over the bridge in Prescott, take a right at the intersection. Then take your first right off of that road and head back towards the river, at the bottom of the hill, take a left on the river frontage road, you will see the launch on your right after a couple of blocks.
