I found this little tool on the State’s legislature site. Look at bullet point #2 about MyBills on this page.. After registering you can add and track current bills. You can filter out to find ones pertaining to fishing by going to the “edit Mybills” page, selecting “Fish and Fishing” in the search by box and then adding the bills you are interested in.
I believe you can also then subscribe to an RSS feed of your bills you are tracking.
